Paper Scissors Stone supports Waldorf schools, charter programs, academies, and hybrid learning communities with simple, reliable ordering.
If your school is new to PSS and would like to become a Partner School, please contact us at orders@waldorfsupplies.com and we will send the Partner School Packet.
If your school already orders from us, nothing has changed — you may continue using your existing discount code and ordering method.
Partner School Program
For schools that purchase $1,000 or more per year
Partner Schools receive:
- School‑friendly discount pricing all year
- Eligibility to apply for Net 30 terms
- Access to our annual early‑order bonus
- Support for teacher‑placed orders
- Packing assistance for large orders
Existing Schools keep their current discount codes. Codes and forms for new Partner Schools are provided privately and are not posted publicly.
How Schools Place Orders
1. Order on Our Website – www.waldorfsupplies.com
Schools may order directly through our website using their school login. Teachers may place their own orders as long as the school name is listed in the Company field. We will group invoices under the school.
2. Submit a Purchase Order
Schools may email a PO to orders@waldorfsupplies.com.
A complete PO includes:
- Item numbers
- Item names
- Quantities
- Colors (if needed)
- Shipping address
- Billing contact
- Discount code (if applicable)
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit card
- Check
- ACH
Net 30 Terms
Available to Partner Schools with an approved application. Net 30 invoices may be paid by check or ACH.
Order Size & Sorting
We welcome both small and large school orders.
- We will do our best to pack large orders by class when possible
- Final sorting is the responsibility of the school
- Many schools prefer multiple smaller orders throughout the year — this works well for us
Early‑Order Bonus
Partner Schools that place an order by April 15 receive an additional 5% early‑order bonus on that order. The standard Partner School discount is available all year.
Why April 15? Our paper vendor requires us to place our annual paper order by April 30 to receive our best terms. Early school orders help us plan paper and MLB production for the summer.
If your school already knows its paper needs, you may include them in your April order. If you are unsure, you may place a smaller April order and add to it later — the bonus still applies to the April portion.
